Great, no fuss, no muss storage facility. I love how there is no contract to renting the storage units, so you can leave whenever you want. The front desk is very nice and helpful. They accommodate to any of your needs. Having said that, the reason for the 4 stars is that my padlock tried to be cut twice on 2 separate occasions. I was not late on my payments or anything that would warrant my lock having to be cut. The front desk reported it to management each time, but understandably, it's hard to suspect anyone since there are no security cameras there (for privacy reasons). I personally don't mind security cameras if it'll deter such activities. So I highly suggest using their door latch locks for added protection if you use a padlock.

Alicia provides amazing customer service!!!!! From the moment I made the first call and Alicia answered the phone I knew it was going to be an easy experience. I went to see the facilities within a few minutes after the phone call and when I walked in, Alicia said “Welcome in! You must be Melissa!” She went over and above to make sure she helped me find the perfect location for my liking. Alicia was extremely professional and personable. The facility is clean, the lobby area is very pleasant. Alicia made sure my storage door was in perfect working condition and is very attentive following up with any questions I had. Her tour of the facilities and amenities was very thorough. Thank you Advantage Storage at Kirby! I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone who may have storage needs. And thank you Alicia for making what can feel like an overwhelming process a breeze. Well done!

Advantage storage has access up until 9:00 p.m. which is great when I need to stop by my storage after office hours. Cara is extremely helpful and answers all of my questions with no hesitations. She always greets me with her beautiful smile and offers me water. I give Advantage five stars for access and great customer service!
