The store was quite messy and unorganized, with clothes scattered around and very little space to move comfortably. They could really benefit from a professional designer to better arrange the racks and shelves for a more appealing presentation. On a positive note, they do carry a good collection of items, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the sizes we were looking for.

Have not shopped in a long time and the manger Ann helped me with everything and will continue to shop there due to the great experience and environment, need more store vibes like you this and they will ship you some gems that are not in the store

I feel uncomfortable every time I walk in here, which is unfortunate since the clothing and style is nice. The workers are very cliquey and unwelcoming, always just grouped up and gossiping. Even when ringing customers up they still talk/gossip amongst themselves. It felt like I was burdening them by asking to open a fitting room

This place has bad customer service. You have to find someone anytime you need help and two people just looked at me and one even scooted away before I spoke to the other one. The prices are decent.

I don’t tend to do reviews but this one time I came to the store and I kindly asked the lady , if I could go into one of the fitting rooms , I don’t know if she was having a rough day or what but she replied with very bad attitude and even made hand expressions as if I was bothering her ( this was the one time and first I ever asked her for anything )
it was very embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable we decided to just walk out the store even though we had found the perfect pair of shorts for my husband and I . I want to make management be aware of this because there was another young man treated like that. It’s sad for stores to loose business for a worker who does not want to do their job. (name unknown since she was wearing No tag on her shirt , but she was a light skin lady with grey hair)
