Edgar and the guys were absolutely professional! They cleaned all the vents, sent pictures of their work, and left my home spotless. Edgar also took the time to get Collin what they were doing and why. There were no surprises or up charges either. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone! Definitely use these guys, you will not regret it!

The crew was very attentive to details during the service. They explained details about what was wrong and what needed to be cleaned and repaired. Air Quality Express responded promptly to my request for an estimate for air duct cleaning. Edgar came to my house and gave me a detailed estimate, including pictures. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they would do and why. Out of the 3 companies I interviewed, Edgar provided the most detailed estimate.Edgar and Juan arrived at my house on time. They were professional and did an excellent job. I received pictures of the before and after work and was very satisfied with the result. There were no up charges and the resulting cost was the same as the estimate I was given. Best of all they left my house spotless. I would highly recommend this company (and Edgar and Juan) for your air quality needs.

Ecstatic about the professional craftsman that dedicated their time to improve my homes comfort. They were able to remove and install new insulation in a timeless precision of a trained master. This is our second time using Air Quality Express to inspect and clean ourHVAC system. The workers are very professional and responsive. For example, we recently installed a new AC coil in our attic recently. Air Quality express noticed that whoever installed the coil did not seal it correctly and corrected the issue for us. Not the most honest people and definitely not honest pricing. They will milk you as much as they can just fyi. House smells like the residue that they sprayed. They said it would go away in 2 hours but it's still here.

Found this business on Thumbtack for HVAC duct cleaning. They postponed my first appointment at the very end of the arrival window after I took off work to be home. They waived the inspection fee, but they do that anyway if you use their service, so zero compensation for taking a wasted day off. For second appointment a few days later I was told they would start immediately after evaluation. Nope, just sales guy showed up; cleaning crew didn’t come for three more hours. No one on site during job spoke English, so I couldn’t ask questions. They had to borrow my ladder because they didn’t have the correct one for the job. They did a good job covering furniture with plastic, but still left a mess on the floor of several rooms. I was charged significantly more than comparable jobs they listed on Thumbtack. Then I was promised pics of the “after” my duct mold was cleaned, but the non-English speaking cleaning crew just asked for a check and I think maybe they said someone would send me pics later. But they spray kilz paint inside registers, so how do I know whether I really got the cleaning I paid for?!Services: Mold inspection

I've used the company in the past at my prior home and was impressed back then but their quality has definitely slipped over the years. There was dust and debris left behind in some spots which I had to vacuum and I also had to remind the crew that registers needed cleaning along with condensation drip pans, dryer vent, etc. The time spent in the attic to clean the ducts was very little so I'm not sure all ducts were even fully cleaned. When I went to connect my dryer the following day, the vent still had a bunch of dirt. Spending over $2000 is a lot for work I'm not even sure was fully done or would have been done if I wasn't watching over the crew.

Air quality express is the best! They saved me when I found mold in my daughters closet and have also cleaned out our ducts and installed UV lights so that future mold will not form. Cannot recommend them enough!Services: HVAC system maintenance

David and his team came to do a professional inspection on my house. They found mold in the plenum and vents of the AC. They are very professional in removing the mold and dust.
