My mom called asking general questions and the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and exactly told my mom “why are you asking stupid questions” if this is how you treat customers who are just inquiring questions about a business we don’t know about then you shouldn’t be in the customer service business at all. Terrible customer service . Called to make sure he can do what I needed and that he would be there , Drove all the way from Killeen got to the area and didn’t see the shop so I called multiple times and waited in my car for an hour after looking for the store and never got a response . So now I have a 3hour and 45 minute drive back home with nothing (:

Horrible place I had this man do a job for me on a football helmet. He did a horrible job he messed the whole thing up I just posted pictures of the work he did on the football helmet. This was a Christmas gift for my son the number one thing he wanted. The guy was not professional he over promised and did a horrible job. Wish I could get my money back and I hope no one else does business with this guy again.

The staff at the airbrush store are extremely helpful and professional not to mention fast. I took 25 shirts to be airbrushed the day before my brothers funeral and they delivered! The shirts were beautiful, I highly recommend this business and will continue doing business with them. Best airbrush work in Houston, for sure!

I called inquiring about the turn around. Exact conversation..The gentleman on the phone stated he doesn’t know it’s first come first serve. I said okay what is usually the typical turn around for just 1 shirt? He said “I don’t know like did you just hear what I said?” I thought that was EXTREMELY rude !!! I will take my business and future inquires for friends elsewhere.
