I've been considering shopping at ALDI more frequently, so I stopped by to pick up a few items. Unfortunately, I'm reconsidering shopping there after my visit. Where was the manager? Yes, the prices are reasonable, but I also enjoy a good shopping experience where produce & products are organized, and shelf items are maintained orderly. It's a smaller store, so it shouldn't take a lot of attention. Besides, if your prices are low, you have to consider more customers will be coming through. Is it an issue of not paying staff enough? To be honest, I felt like I was at a Family Dollar on restocking day. Not angry, just disappointed. I just expected a better shopping experience than what I witnessed.

Been going here since it opened years ago, used to be my weekly go to for so many things, sadly no more, can't count on them to keep things in stock, there are empty spots on too many shelves, or even keep a fairly basic item like dry coffee Creamer in their supply chain. Replaced it with 3 flavors of hot chocolate mixes. Two weeks ago I came and being polite asked the cashier how she was doing, she responded "unbelievably stressed" just left today and a different cashier was just absolutely rude. I do like their prices on many items but they are no longer the slam dunk low they used to be. Thankfully I have many other grocery store options.

Aldi on 249 needs some serious cleaning.. stocking.. it has no appealing look as the other in nicer neighborhoods.. I often shop the one Shepherd or in the Heights Area.. Katy.. Area just to get better quality of merchandise but why when I home .. don’t mention these folks altitude no greeting… hopefully this issue gets resolved soon…

Always love coming to Aldi for the price but today when going to check out the lady named Jmaya was rude and was throwing my groceries into the basket THAT WAS NEXT TO HER. beside her ugly attitude with the lady before me she still has the nerve to throw my things…like what are you tired about? You are sitting down with Ac? I would rethink hiring lazy grumpy ppl like her!

My Aldi visits are always quick, even when there is a bit of a line. It's clean and organized, the staff are friendly and everything I need is usually in stock.
