Shante (apologies of this isn’t the spelling) was polite and patient. She gave great style advice. You don’t find that anymore and I just appreciate her and her staff for assisting me during a last-minute need.

Samara was excellent! She gave me superb customer service! She greeted me when I first walked in. Yet, she was not pushy at all. She gave me the opportunity to look around. Then, she told me to let her know if I needed assistance. She even remembered my name, when I came in the second time. My shopping experience was very pleasurable. The next time I shop at ALDO, I will surely ask her to assist me. I shall recommend ALDO and Samara to my friends and family! I will give her 50 gold stars!

I stopped by the store just to look at a pair of shoes I liked on display, and Tomas treated me so well that I ended up buying two pairs, and I'm sure I'll be back! Thank you, Tomas, for your excellent customer service.

I was compelled to leave a review for this particular Aldo store, as the customer service that I received from both Ashley and Derek was top tier. I was greeted warmly, they both asked me if I needed help (and left me alone to browse unbothered until I did), and helped me to get the item that I’d been looking for in multiple stores. They didn’t have it in stock either, however they invited me to order it and get it shipped, which I was not aware that I could do. No one at the previous three stores that I’d been to even let me know that it could be ordered. They are a VERY friendly and personable team and this might just become my default Also store.

I have not given a review in a while, but I was immediately prompted to after receiving the worst customer service at this Aldo location from the most condescending and inconsiderate cashier named Samora. Not only, did she have my daughter and I sit and wait for the shoe that I requested, but she also serviced all of the customers until we were the last one in the store. In addition, the cashier purposefully ignored me when I asked “why hadn’t she told us that she had received the shoe.” I asked again and the only thing she did was bat her extra long eyelashes two times and said “okay” (which was weird and rude.” The maturity and respect for myself and my daughter informed for me be silent, but the need to spread wisdom in the presence of unkindness and ignorance enforced me to let the cashier know that “Consideration, Communication, and Respect are the major components of being efficient in a customer service role.” For people should leave with the feeling and thought of coming back versus feeling as if they’re not worthy or good enough to return.

I never write Reviews, but this is so deserving. I’ve shopped Aldo for many years and the experience I had with Stefani two weeks ago was so great. She is such a phenomenal sales person. I’m a business owner myself, and I can see talent if she ever needs a job. I’ll hire her in a heartbeat, she is person convinced me on things that I didn’t even know I needed and that’s what a proper sales person should do. She saw the clothes that I bought and tried to match shoes with it. I ended up buying two shoes, insoles, and sunglasses when I walked in there , maybe buy one shoe.
