Very bad service, I took my Troca to fix the transmission and the repair only lasted 4 months. I only use it on weekends and it has a one-year warranty and when I took it under the warranty it had, I abandoned it for 3 months and only brought it back to me. on Saturday and I never fixed it and I brought it better

I brought my car to fix the engine light and electric light. This was almost 2 months ago.Let me repeat that. This was 2 MONTHS ago.They keep going with excuses left and right and keep delaying 2-3 days at a time.Avoid this place!

I do not recommend this place. I should have checked the reviews first. I have immense regret. My Car was towed to shop to have front end repaired. I paid cash upfront. (Which I haven’t received anything back) No insurance claim. Each time I called to get estimate completion date, I got “2” weeks. 2 week later 3 weeks. 3 weeks later 3 more weeks. Weeks turned into months. A bit over 5 months later, my car sat idle and sustained more damage. Tires bubbled. Battery dead. Car full of cobwebs. Parts from car thrown in the trunk. Someones gum stuck on rear window….I’m done dealing with this shop. I picked up car from shop and car is missing parts and in more of a torn down condition than when first towed in. Shop manager said they squared the frame, no. They cut and welded a part to give it the “appearance” of being straight. Future front-end alignment jobs would have been a major issue, this is what I was told by a mechanic. Begings of a shoddy job. I would never had known if wasn’t told by another mechanic and would have been very costly for the future. I had it towed to another shop and their estimate to repair after the negligence of Alexander Auto, exceeded Kelly’s blue book value. A $3,500 job turned into a$7,500 job, possibly more because unknown parts were missing. I would be a fool to put more money into this car. What am I supposed to do with a torn up car now?? I have deep regret taking my car to this shop. I suffered a big loss. Red flags went up when shop didn’t give me any paperwork to sign. Get paper work for any shop you go to. I have pictures to prove claims. I will let a judge decide!
