Used this place recommended by uhual because they didn’t have any vehicles left for the day. I only needed it for 2 hours but they were about to close so I kept for the full 24 hours. I needed to pick up a fridge down the street from my house, 12 miles from the uhual- all purpose storage place. Why when I return the vehicle the guy is trying to tell me I drove 116 miles @1.09 per mile. I was like no and he was like maybe someone drove the vehicle in the middle of the night. Who my toddler or 8yr old. The truck only moved from the U-Haul place to get the refrigerator to my house and back to U-Haul. Now mind you this is right after Hurricane Beryl and appliances going out for no reason. Money isn’t easy to come by and for this place to be actually slick stealing from people is ridiculous. I am highly pissed and people need to know what they are doing.

Mr.Tony is the bests ..I've been renting a unit for 2 years.. no issue with unit that I got.. iam very thankful Mr. Tony is always there when I need a guide to continue renting out a unit for myself.Off course the rest of the crew..By the way the Hand Soap is Amazing. ?

Today November 4 2019, My storage unit on Kuykendalu was broken into Sunday November 3. We were called after lunch on Monday. My storage had rats falling from the ceiling they had been eating my belongings. The person broke in and stole some of my experience ideams. Per the storage. There was nothing they could do. Please don't rent from All Purpose Units on Kuykendalu. Full of Rats. Don't rent from All Purpose Units on Kuykendalu. Rats
