I was at their office 5 minutes before scheduled meeting, 20 minutes later the person I had my appointment with still hadn't showed up, obviously didn't care about my time so I left and found a new tax company.

Fast & Smart!! I was freaked out of if I am going to end up owing so much tax 2021 & 2022 income on 1099, she resolved it all and I got tax refund on W-2 and I received the refund exactly on time as she told me the estimated time. For 2020 tax filing, I had no idea what to do with my taxes, of course she resolved all my tax related freaks, so I have used her service for 3 years, and I am very satisfied with her fast & smart services!!! I did not receive the stimulate check all the while my friend was bragging me how much she received, Alinka of course she resolved it too and I also received the money immediately along with my tax refund as well !!!

All star is all scam.I went there to files my taxes and at first I asked them how much gonna be the fees they said we will tell you at the end, when she prepared my documents and she gave me an invoice of $785 for filling two sheets then I said I cannot pay such money if you want I can pay you $300 cash she didn’t accept and I left her office and I applied for my taxes somewhere else for $180.Whenever, I got my tax return it was decreased by $652. She filed my taxes without my permission and charged me $652.

I appreciated the prompt call back from Ms. Johnson after requesting a quote from several mobile Notary companies (on Yelp); all the others either did not respond until the next day, or simply sent an auto-response they would get back to me.She was professional and courteous, and setup the day & time that worked best for us. Her prices were reasonable and competitive. She sent a reminder text the night before, which always is very helpful. Once at our home, she took the time to ensure all forms were signed properly, and we never felt she was rushing us. If we have the need for a mobile notary in the future, we would not hesitate to use her services again.

Above & Beyond Expectations!I contacted All Star Tax... online and they responded promptly and had me in the next day (offered same day)! I was in and out. My taxes were more than I could handle this year so I needed an expert. Olinka is extremely knowledgeable, professional, & she charged me less than I was initially quoted.
