I had a critical rush job--needed a 600 page document scanned to a flash drive as fast as humanly possible so I could meet a critical deadline. The staff immediately got my job done--not only did they drop what they were doing and help me--they were friendly and courteous about doing so. They completed the work in about15 minutes and I made my deadline. Other print shops said they couldn't even look at my project until the end of the day despite the fact I indicated I was willing to pay extra. Alpha did the job fast and well! I highly recommend them.
