I stopped by here yesterday to correct something I screwed up when setting up a new account online. I've always used big banks and this was my first experience with a regional. There was no line (a refreshing difference from a big bank!) and I was greeted by two employees. Christina is the one who helped me sort out my mailing address issue; she was thorough and she was pleasant to talk to. She also introduced me to the bank manager and I had a good conversation with them both. The three employees I chatted with there all seemed very friendly and experienced, and they were a joy to be around. I'd recommend you go to this location, don't go to the one at the front of kingwood by 59, it's too busy up there. This is the location to go to. What a great staff!

All the original employees are gone the Hispanic lady with bad acne is very rude I’m a regular and from the moment I walked in and she approached me she was rude . Income here because I live across the street but it seems like the new employees don’t want to be there because they have a sour attitude .

This location in Kingwood on lake Houston parkway is the best! The manager here is amazing and she knows her stuff when it comes to servicing the clients banking needs. I don’t even live in Texas anymore but refuse to let any other bank handle my money. If you want more than a bank but a relationship with your bank then I highly recommend Amegy Bank at this location.

I feel like a person at the location at the back of Kingwood. They all know my name at the drive up window and they are one of the few places that still answer the. phone when you call them.

I went to this location for the first time yesterday. I work in Kingwood and I needed to deposit a check I received from Western Union. I went through the drive thru and the teller came back and said “there will be a 7 day hold on your check. I can give it back to you and you can go somewhere else”I didn’t understand, but I had waited so long to receive this check that I told her “I’ve waited 90 days on this check to come in the mail, what’s another 7 days. That fine.”Then I asked why and she said there’s a “flag to put a hold on it” I said “ I don’t understand, its not like I want to cash it.”She responded “I SAID it’s to deposit it”. I didn’t like that response and I said “You know what, just give me my check back and I’ll go to my branch.” The teller asked “Well where is your branch?” And I told her. I’m not sure why she needed to know that info. Anyways, her response was RUDE AF. You never respond to a customer “I said”. Ever. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I still work in customer service. I would never speak to someone that way. And as far as her asking where my branch is...? Why?So I have an hr drive to go home so I decided to use that time to call Amegy. They told me there is no reason why that teller said that. There is no flag and I should have been able to deposit the check. So shame on you lady! I will never go back to this branch. It’s a shame that she treated me that way. I bank with Amegy it’s not like I’m going into a store to shop or get services done. My MONEY is at this bank. Just wanted to share my experience.

The male guy that works there off to the left is amazing, he had excellent customer service skills. He's very polite and follows up with the customers. He deserves a raise, the other staff could learn from him, Thank You for your kindness

Very friendly customer service. However this bank is a little difficult to access in my opinion. It faces lake Houston prkwy but has to be accessed from side street. Not much can be done about that. Friendly folks that always remember your name
