This location is understaff and has very poor customer service. Specifically the branch manager.

This place is so slow just one teller and the people at their desk will not help to speed anything up

I recently had fraud activity on one of my accounts. I didn't feel comfortable speaking with a banker over the phone to issue a new card. I work in Memorial City so I stopped by to get a new card issued. This location helped me have piece of mind thank you Josh & Ms. Martin.
