I have a personal checking account and credit card with Amegy. Called to schedule a time to open an business checking account and nobody answered phone during business hours. Scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up they did not seem to know that an appointment was scheduled. Branch manager seemed to give off an I don’t care attitude.

This branch does not represent Amegy Bank and complaining to management does not help. Service is horrible. The front door remains lock and many times there is no one in the lobby to let you in. In addition, most of the time there is only one teller working the drive thru and that same teller has to help customers who are in the lobby. No one speaks to you and the employees do not wear name badges. I was just there in the lobby when a customer tried to get in and there was no one to buzz him in so he left and maybe went to the drive through. There’s is no urgency at this location.

The manager for this location needs to be replaced. She allowed my ex husband to close an account I did not give permission to close. It held up my paycheck. She was very rude and had an attitude as well. I also requested she please send me a new debit card she said she would order me one. When I never received it I called customer service they said the manager at the bank never ordered it. This lady has no business be a bank manager.

All are horrible from me being with them 7 yrs applied for numerous loans and was denied even for a credit card went to another bank and got funds instantly with no account my credit and everything was intact just asked how I got approved at one bank an the bank I have $10,000+ a month coming to denied me and no one could answer that I'm a small business and needed help each time and was treated like nothing and the other bank even financed my equipment as well with no problem oh I had to call them to find out I was denied asked to lower the amount they did and I'm still waiting on their call SMH!!!
