Highly disappointed in the customer service. I had 2 forms of ID my passport and a driver license and that still was not enough. Did not have my phone with me. This is ridiculous. Definitely going to reconsider using a new bank now, because this is ridiculous.

Was giving a check for services I'd done and PLS would not cash check,so went to bank the was from, check cashed, happy, great customer service, much thanks Amegy

Employees at this specific location are very rude. Never experienced anything like this from a bank, or had any problems with other Amegy banks.
