It’s something that we live in a world of equality where prejudice is still very well lively relevant.I asked Tina to do my hands, toes and eyebrows and she insisted that LuLu do my hands because she was tired and ready to go, (within the last 2hours and I believe 20minutes remaining).I decided to give it a chance, knowing based off LuLu’s body language and her wavering energy towards me that she was not going to do her best. They persisted, as I’m watching LuLu’s not all so positive energy rub off on Tina. This story goes further than I can imaginably explain at this moment, but I overall am not giving them a positive nor negative review. I just would not recommend coming back here in regards to the customer service I’ve received.God bless you all in abundance.Services: Manicure

The owner is always very nice. I come a little bit far but its worth it. She works very hard. She only opens in the afternoons around 1pm seven days a week. Dont be alarmed if you have to wait a while because she does it all by herself. She always makes sure you are comfortable. You can get a gel manicure for $30 and a citrus pedicure for $25.

Trashy location and employees. Waited literally one hour and they continued to lie about priority of my services. Ultimately once convinced to stay she attempted to charge more than usual and that's when I had it with the whole situation.

TOTAL BUST! These people need to close down. As a fellow business owner I reprimanded them today for extremely poor service. Not everyone needs to own a business. Just lost a good customer who tips well...

Do you not come here unless you have a lot of time to kill. I came in for a shellac mani/pedi at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday. There were no other clients in the shop. There was only one employee working. She said another employee was on her way but no one ever showed up. It took her 75 minutes to file (not soak) my shellac off and put new shellac on. I could not stay any longer so I did not get the foot massage or anything else included in the basic pedicure. The main reason for coming in was to get my old shellac on my fingernails taken off so I did stay another 10 minutes so she could file (no time to soak) the shellac off of my fingernails. I was there for 1 1/2 hours and left with no nail polish. This was my first visit here so I’m not sure how the service is usually.

I usually go to this nail shop I've actually gone the entire pandemic when it was just the wife and husband but my last experience will be the last. I'm not sure of the nail techs name but my nails at the highest here have been 65$ and that day they were 90$ because my nails were "too short for acrylic" and they didn't ask me if I wanted a mimosa the entire time which is kind of the reason I even chose to come that day. the nails were done about a week ago and all of them fell off plus they weren't shaped right to begin with. I had a feeling she didn't want me to come back if I'm being honest. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. There’s so many new professional and stylist nail techs in Houston.Service: Acrylic nails

There's only one person that does the manicures, had 2 clients at a time. I got dipped nails, colors were not matching, very bumpy. Didn't even clean my nails afterwards all the extra stuff stayed. Definitely not coming back.

My bad I did my waxing here . The total cost is 25$. I gave my credit card and they told me the card didn't go . So I gave another credit card . Meanwhile ,I checked my account I saw the amount is in pending transaction . When I ask her immediately , she didn't even cancel transaction . Now , I am charges on two cards. Guess what , I didn't leave any tip they charged 7$ tip on my card . What kind of people are you ?? Cheaters

my kids loved the pedicure love the service and I most definitely love for equality and the prices. Please keep in mind you get what you pay for. They may be 5 to $10 more than other places. But it is so so so worth

My boyfriend and I have come here twice, we both got the Mint Pedicure ($35) and it was so worth it, the owner's husband did both of our pedis and he was so gentle and took his time. And they were so nice. Definitely will come back!!

Whew they take forever but I enjoy the long leg/feet massages and the effort they put into it. Filed a bit too much of my nails this time so thats why I gave it 4 stars.
