ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! Disrespectful and rude people, the place looks like an actual dump and smells like death. Doesn’t accept card, high fee ATM (who tf carries cash or debit cards nowadays). service is TERRIBLE and they don’t want to help you at all. Over $300 later, we try to get our car back and it takes over 10 min after paying because the lady gave us no instructions on where to find our car and shut the window and turned off the lights. Thank God I was with my husband, otherwise I felt like I was about to get robbed or kidnapped. Beware of parking in the heights because you WILL get towed and you will have to get dragged to this dumpster fire of a “auto shop”.

Look, I hate towing companies too. But these dudes actually honored the initial price after I had to leave my car longer than a day. Not very often you see any sort of somewhat-justice in the towing world. Still got screwed, though, but could've been worse.

Don’t accept credit cards, don’t give atm receipts, was told I owe less on phone and wasn’t told I needed to bring cash - very rundown and sketchy. Wrongfully towed and down $305 now

I would rate it one star if I could. They kept sending the calls to voicemail. We went to ask how much it is etc then said we would be back in an hour. They never told us they were going to lunch and when we came back they had already went. After calling several numbers they finally pick up saying they were at lunch. Lady was rude when we came the first time saying it’s a busy Monday!! When we told her we have try calling mutiple times. unprofessional and should be reported.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to deal with these scum bags, I am sorry, and I feel your pain. These businesses that hawk & tow your car unlawfully should be illegal. I left my car for 10 min and it was gone. When I called I got an extremely rude person on the other end telling me it was closed and to show up at 8am the next day to their Afghanistan style business. 8am rolls around and they're no where to be found. At 10:30 he finally shows up in his shiny $50k truck and after arguments of not accepting Amex I had to pay $300 to get my car after 10 hours of storage. This place should be napalmed off the face of the earth. People like this ruin our great state of Texas and I will be filing a complaint with any and all "better-business" entities in Houston to hopefully get this guy closed down. PS: I got fleas from all the stray cats also... LOL

The worst communication, customer service and down right rudest people I have come across in Houston, TX. Do yourself a favor and make sure you don’t get towed by these guys. You will end up waiting HOURS to get your car back. Prayers and blessings to whoever is reading this because I can assure you it’s not for a good reason.

If I could give zero stars I would. They just towed my guests car which was registered 4 hours before they towed it. The guy in the tow truck didn't check it before he hooked it up and towed it off. This is was I call lazy. If it was registered at 11pm why didn't you check it before towing it off at 3am? I have a screenshot of the registration so why wasn't it check again before it was hooked up and towed off? Because someone was too lazy to verify that before taking it away.

This place should be and will be shut down. They are breaking all sorts of city and state rules. If this place has your car, go ahead and get ready to file a complaint.

Please don't let the one star fool you. This place is straight out of a horror flick. Our car was stolen and police department had it towed here by Albedawe Auto Towing llc. Upon arrival i was given the same story about the 5% card fee or being able to save money by using their cash machine, (doesn't take a genius to figure out that they might not be paying their fair share of taxes with a cash business). When going to pay the fee the gentleman behind the prison like window suggested that i see if my vehicle runs because " if i pay now and it doesn't run, i have an hour to get it out of his yard or he'll change me for another day of storage".... "Kick them when they're down" approach to business that justifies the above rating. Of course the vehicle wouldn't move ' surprise, he had predicted that something might be wrong with my vehicle' and out of the goodness of his heart saved me money. When i approached the gentleman about my vehicle being stuck in neutral he replied that he just stores them and that the tow truck company is responsible for the vehicle. I can't be certain but Albedawe Auto Towing's website has images of their trucks parked in American Eagle Storage and looked very similar to the tow trucks i walked by when going to inspect my vehicle. Here's the part that all should be aware of. Tow truck pulls up to your vehicle and it's in park so with no key they disengage the shift linkage at the transmission. Our nice guy pretends to not be aware of this. I ask to go back out to my vehicle for further inspection i'm followed by a nice young lady. While searching for something to reattach the linkage to the transmission that had been damaged when the tow truck drive disassembled it (that could be another way of saying ripped out) the young lady was yelling at me that i couldn't work on my vehicle and that i needed to go back into the office. The good patron that i am i agree to go back but only after i was able to tie the linkage back together with a zip tie that i found and drive back to the office. In the office when paying for the hours worth of storage ($275) the gentleman behind the prison like window was very upset that i had worked on my vehicle (very upset!) (i'm sure because in his minds eye, I had just foiled his lost storage fee and towing fee if i wasn't privy to the how the linkage scam worked). And of course they didn't have change!!!!!!
