Bria was very helpful! I had a Aerie return I brought to the American eagle store I asked an the guy for help and he told me I had to “take it to the other side of the mall to the aerie store” I was confused because I have done aerie returns here I asked the girl at the checkout for help and she returned my items for me she brought it to my attention that I could return aerie items at any American eagle so I knew the other guy was just being lazy thanks Bria!

I went in on 11/27/23 to purchase some jeans. I used to shop at the American Eagle stores when I was in Florida, so I knew that the brand of jeans were superior to others in style and quality.The employee that was working the register that day, Erick C, was so courteous and kind. I was having some trouble with my AE Card but he took the time to help me figure it out which helped me not feel so flustered. He was pleasant, he was helpful, and if more people acted like this where ever we went, the world would honestly just be a better place. Definitely going back! Thank you Erick!

Rude Customer Service from SierraI asked you a simple question, and she responded with a sarcastic answer.I asked her about the promo they had for the store since i was purchasing a DENIM skirt and the promo said “all denim and ….” so i still asked her if the skirt was part of it since the SKIRT IS A DENIM SKIRT lol she said it wasn’t part of the promo with a rude and unprofessional tone even after it says it in the sign in the entrance of the store which said all DENIM lolRegardless if it wasn’t part of the promo y’all need a better manager with a better attitude. Embarrassing.
