I went two months ago and the lady who treated me was very friendly and the rooms were very nice and very clean. When I go again I will stay at this same hotel again. I loved it.

Tornado was going through Houston and I pulled over for shelter. The lady inside saw me coming, locked the door, and waived her finger at me with a lot of attitude. Pretty interesting way to treat someone during a disaster. I wonder if it’s representative of the company as well.

Rooms: I was here on 2-10-2024 paid 80 dollars for suite, got inside there was a roach up on the wall.Went to the front desk told the clerk what I saw.He tried to give another room on that same side of the building ,I didn't want it, he gave me room on the opposite side of the building.I will not be coming there again.You guys need to remodel that place and get rid of all the outdated furniture and fixtures.

Rooms: Had a leak in the bathroom. Housekeeping only spoke Spanish and wouldn't give us clean towels after we gave them our used towels BUT the first day we checked in they had dirty used towels on the racks I'm glad they replaced them. It had some roaches there in the room.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and booked it through a booking app. The first stay, the counter person was very nice and so hospitable. There was construction going on and the room was a nice room. It was clean and huge some off the lighting didn't work. The bed sheets where some what stained but clean i think. It was a smoking room so that is a plus for me cuase i don't want to go outside to smoke. The second night i stayed i had booked through the booking app and it said the total price was 60 dollars like the night before and when i went to go renew my key to my room and recheck in the counter person charged me 15 dollars extra and i told him that i had booked the room all ready and that it said the total price was 60 like the night before and he said that was the booking apps price not his and i told him but isn't the hotel partnered with the booking app. He just didn't say anything do if you want a hotel that steels your money i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel, receptionist was kind, and professional, the room very nice and clean. Big room. They were painting when I first check in, Looks nice.When I first c/in I had request king Regular, the space is pleasant. My mother had Full Suit plenty space to set up do some work in the room. there were 2 TV. I will definitely be returning to this location.
