Don’t be misled by the 4.6 rating. My experience sadly matches many of the one-star reviews. Customers here often end up with serious problems: cars that break down shortly after purchase, thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills, months without being able to drive, and in some cases even safety risks.
If you’ve had similar issues, don’t just let it go — there are official consumer protection channels, DMV CAN HELP. The more people speak up, the harder it is for dealerships like this to keep operating this way.
Buying a used car is always tricky, but this dealership made it much worse. If you’re not very experienced, please be extra careful — even a mechanic’s inspection can miss hidden issues. In most cases, you’re much better off buying from a reputable brand dealership that offers proper after-sales support. Stay safe out there.

STAY AWAY! you've been warned. All they care about is your money once you sign your name on the line your problem is no longer theirs. Just wasted 4 hours yesterday (9/11/25) brought my vehicle in on a scheduled appointment I also had a tracker on my car they went joy riding with a top speed of 78 an then went to
mcdonalds they did nothing to fix my car as they said they did. I really wished I took my business somewhere else

Yall didn't fix anything everything is still the same as when I had brought it in. Also I told your service department while im on the highway the vehicle shakes (highway speeds is 65 not 78 that's speeding...) also when a customer brings their vehicle in for service doesnt mean you take their vehicle out for lunch that is very unprofessional. An yes you are correct you didn't charge me a dime an there's a reason for that as the car was still under warranty.

Its a fair review especiallysince youve now blocked my son who has brought this Lexus back. There where issues with the car that have yet to be repaired from the moment we drove it off the lot and you were informed of that five minutes after we left. You have had the car multiple times and this last time with the joyride at excessive speed, [we told you at 60.mph] then also, going through a drive through for your lunch is too much. WE DIDNT PAY BECAUSE OF WARRANTY. Which youve managed to run out without repairs. It's disrespecting us. It is disrespecting professional service not to mention you never completed repairs even though you had the car 4 hours. You want better reviews...do your jobs, keep your word and make the repairs you claim are done. There was no payment because the car was under warranty. Above all be professionals

Worst customer service ever if you’re not purchasing a high end vehicle they don’t care about I was totally robbed out of $27,000 after putting my trust in a company I believe to be liable but obviously they’re truly not
