One star is too much. I called ahead of time to ask if I could drop by. The person stated to swing by no appointment needed. When we got there nobody would wait on us. We were rushed through the process and was being short with us. I called her out on her attitude and reiterated that it was not my fault for the misinformation we received. I would not do business with them.

I went because they talked to me literally every day, I made the application and if I was approved by a bank, the salesperson Liz Velasquez who was the one who did the process told me that I had to leave a deposit when I had not yet made the decision to buy or I would not They asked for 500 dollars and depending on whether I didn't make the purchase, they would return it to me and I decided not to buy because I found a better option with another bank, because until now I have not received my refund of the 500 dollars and they always give me excuses and this has happened more than once. month and they didn't take a day to take the money from my bank, but to return it to me for everything they find an excuse, don't buy from companies that ask for deposits...

We really enjoyed purchasing our first mobile home with Americasa!Everyone was so helpful and friendly,especially the lady who helped us.Her name is Yalitza and she was such a big help the whole entire time.Any concerns I had she was just a phone call away.She kept us updated throughout the whole process.If I had to do it allover I would definitely pick her to help us again.She was so sweet and understanding and comforted me when I was concerned the whole time.Thanks Americasa Y’all Are Amazing!Defiantly deserves 10 stars if they would have 10!

Do not do business with this company.. they are liars and thieves... And they will try and steal your house back as soon as they can.. hell they even sign your documents.. while you use the restroom... Nothing but crooks.. no customer service at all.. promises promises promises.. nobody answers the phone.. major leaks in the bathroom from day one.. on pipes broken from delivery.. all seals broken on double pane gas windows.. on and on and on I've got probably a 70 page list of items that need to be fixed by these people.. now we have black mold in the secondary bathroom in the laundry room in the second bedroom closet.. GOD IS WATCHING YOU PEOPLE... AND HE DOESN'T LIKE LIARS AND CROOKS..
