My sister and I ordered at the same time. My order was supposed to have arrived first. It didn't. And annies is not asking responsibility and keep telling me to check with the post office because it's out of heir hands. They take zero responsibility and refuse to offer me a refund. Yet I don't have my item either!! I am NEVR shopping with them again. As for my sister's oder, she got a set of beads that are light ad a feather and clearly FAKE. She did a light test and a scratch test and these beads are fake asl. Not true crystals at all. How are we supposed to use thse to heal when they are plastic?! MyGod, what a ripoff!!!!

This place is amazing! I get to meet miss Annie, she is an amazing person with a very kind heart. I love her, me and my husband get to talk to her and we wnjoyed our conversation.All the gems are pretty! My gosh its a lot of different gemstones.All crytals beads is so pretty…The price is very affordable.My first and 2nd visit in this place is incredible.I am an artist and i made Jewels, this place is perfect to shop for my needs. I will always comeback.Thank you miss annie and all the staff. They are all friendly and very sweet!

I have ordered from Annie's Beads several times through Etsy. regarding the 1st order, everything went very well and all the items were sent. They were also very responsive when I had a question to ask, the response was within the hour, and they kindly gave me a discount on the shipping costs (I live in Europe and the shipping costs are extremely Dear).On the 2nd order, certain items available on the site and paid for were not sent to me, and certain strands were not those I had ordered or of a smaller diameter.I sent messages but I had to really insist then I called the US from France to try to sort it out.This has been partially resolved, but I am still missing part of the order that I have been waiting for over 6 months.The person I spoke to on the phone also promised to lower the price of delivery, which was not done...I just sent them a message but I'm tired of the lack of responsiveness to all these concerns.I find that overall the merchandise is correct, (I also made some nice discoveries), but there is negligence regarding the follow-up of orders sent partially or paid for items which are ultimately out of stock.I am waiting for their response regarding my problems.

I feel that the pictures and descriptions of the beads was misleading.I package showed as four beads was (1) so I ordered one. It ended up costing me $9.09 for one bead that I cannot even use. Very disappointed

I ordered for the 1st time from Annie's Beads. She has beads I haven't seen a with other wholesalers, so I was suspicious of the authenticity. I received the Rainbow Flourite today and was so pleased with the outstanding quality of the stones. Planning a trip to go in person and looking forward to it.

Omg !!! Annie Always has a great selection of beads, cant wait to finish up my holiday collection ! I have shopped with Annie over 5 years , I used to go to inter gem show because pandemic I cant go anymore . Thank god she has an online shop!!! I can go to her.ETSY shop to pick what I like , I ALWAYS IMPRESSED by the quality of her beadds, will shop again and again!!!

Since i meet Annie the shop owner over a show in tucson a few years ago, the quality of her merchandise is always better than other vendors that i use, and also she always has unique items, and the prices are always good even when i order from the shop in Houston, thanks for having always unique items and for a good price

I can't speak on the quality of their in-store service because I have not been there but if they call asking if you would like to receive a pick-box in order to pick out merchandise and ship the rest back, DO NOT ACCEPT.Vanna, the phone rep who contacted me does not follow instructions, completely disregards your company's inventory needs that you have voiced to her by sending you merchandise that you said you do not use. To add to that, grammatical errors & typos EVERYWHERE; incorrect shipping label, text messages and even their own invoice typed incorrectly.When the box finally arrived, I opened a box full of scattered inventory that had all fallen out of the ripped brown paper lunch bags that they were packaged in so thoughtlessly. In my 6 years of business, every supplier, from all over the globe, has separated their items with zip lock bags. Not thin paper lunch bags.My original reaction was to take a picture and immediately return the box. But my gut feeling was to count everything in case the numbers were not correct which would result in me being billed and as expected, I found 3 items on the invoice with quantities higher than what was actually sent.The invoice also contained no identification codes even though there were inventory codes scribbled on the ripped bags. The inventory descriptions were also just useless with vague titles such as "Gemstone natural bead... Gemstone shape bead..."Despite the frustration, I took the time to organize and re-bag everything professionally.The biggest headache of all of this was Vanna's total aloofness and lack of concern for all of this inconvenience. Being that their prices are not in fact wholesale prices, and they could not match my supplier as Vanna claimed she could, I didn't take any beads as inventory. Plus most of it was specifically what I told her I don't sell. But I decided to keep 5 strands as my personal favorites which came to $39 and she gave me a TOTAL DISCOUNT of TWO DOLLARS for this massive inconvenience. When I texted her everything that I've typed so far in this review, she replied asking me to call so she could adjust my invoice, but when I called, she merely asked for my credit card and charged me the $37.When she texted me my receipt with my name spelled incorrectly for the FOURTH time SINCE being corrected, her reply was "Hi!! I didn't know you were so bothered by all this experience..." (her exact words) followed by a very hollow apology.I've made mistakes in my own company before, but I've ALWAYS corrected them and made sure my unhappy shopper became a happy one.This level of service was pitiful in so many ways and since Vanna decided to act so clueless providing ZERO solutions as I voiced EVERY SINGLE one of these concerns to her, I'm now voicing it as a review.Best of luck to you if you do business with them. I did nothing incorrectly in this situation and definitely got the short end of the stick.
