If you come in with a backpack after work because you don’t like to leave your laptop in the car, expect to be treated as if you’re about to steal. Really disappointed in the service and hope you can do better in the future.

I came expecting to find the perfect dress for my wedding, which I found.But the service was terrible ,no one approached me to help.I felt like I was just shopping for regular clothing.... not for the most important day in my life!The person that "attended" me miss Emily,Turned out to be the supervisor manager of the wedding area.You should improve your customer service specially for the bridal area,It's supposed to be a whole experience from beginning to end and it wasn't at all.The outfits at are gorgeous but that's it.I walked out with the perfect dress with a bad experience.

i’m not a big fan of shopping but when i walked into this store my whole day was made! the girl working was named caitlyn harrman and she was so bubbly and sweet! honestly i didn’t want to leave after i had such a good experience!

This is a review of my experience at Anthro Highland Village, not of the company specifically.I am not sure who is managing and hiring at this Anthro location, but I'd bet there is a great leadership team in place at this time. Here are some highlights from the fantastic customer service at this location:- Truly empathetic staff: I had an emergency surgery and ended up missing out on buying a dream dress I had on hold. When I realized I missed getting it, immediately and authentically the staff member shared a story on how she deeply understood what it felt like to have an emergency that prevented you from getting a dream item, and then shared her own similar story. It made me feel so seen. - I kept having my online order canceled, so a staff member helped me order it through the store. We suspected it would get canceled again, so she gave me about 5 different things to try in order to find the dress. Two minutes later she gave me a callback saying the dress I wanted just got returned in my size and she was putting it on hold for me!Thank you Anthropologie Highland Village!

I generally have a great to okay experience here but today, 3.17.2023, my cashier was awful. I told her I will give her one return at a time but she didn't listen and started grabbing all the return slips off the counter. She was so frazzled. I asked where the slips from the countertop were and she snapped at me and loudly and firmly said: you need to be patient and stop distracting me. Everyone nearby looked and I was publicly humiliated. Moreover, she blamed me for her stressful feelings. I reiterated that I had asked her to do the returns one by one and to stop grabbing the slips from the countertop. At the end, she seemed very upset and I asked if she was okay but she ignored me until the third time I asked and then she finally responded and said no and that she was going to get into trouble for returning an older order. I showed her my email stating the items were only delivered 3.7.23 because they were on backorder but she continued to say sure, it's fine, I'll just get into trouble. I honestly don't know what was going on with her but she was definitely blaming me everything. What happened to her at this store to cause her to be so afraid and frazzled? Was she already in trouble or something? I hope she gets to slow down and relax soon. But at the same time, customers still don't deserve to be treated poorly and blamed for her feelings. This was Cashier 30744 3/17/23 at 11:19am to 11:27am.

Thank you to Anthro's manager, ALFRE!! She took the time to resolve a problem with a return - and she went above and beyond! What could've been a frustrating situation turned out to be a wonderfully resolved item. Her attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Alfre!! I've been a loyal Anthropologie consumer for years, and encounters like this makes shopping a true delight :)
