Never coming back ever again. I show the lady the inspo picture the one on the right came out looking like this at the end. I see now the reviews are so low don’t come if you don’t want an experience I had‼️To top it off this lady went over digging my cuticle that I told her it was hurting.

Unfortunately, they have gone down in quality so bad. This used to be a perfectly fine place to go and get a quick set or pedicure. But recently all of my experiences going there have been so trash. Normally my nails last over a month and this last time I got my nails done. it literally lasted less than a week and a half. They have just been falling off and I’m over paying good money in there for subpar work.

This place is so mismanaged. I walked in and was told there was a half hour wait. I was okay with that. They set me up at a station, and I could see they were busy. At the half hour mark, I was told I would be next as soon as someone was available. After that, they seated another customer. Five minutes later, I noticed that the next free person was at the new customer and beginning her service. At that point, I asked for a towel. It took me asking twice before they gave me one. No one even cared that I was upset and leaving. I think the ladies working are fine but management is a nightmare. I won’t be back.

They will charge you a new price every time. This was the third time, now it’s $15 for French tip because it was “Deep French” and not thin. They’re always trying to tip themselves and charge extra instead of just letting you tip them off of good service! Do not recommend.

I been going to this place for years now. About a week ago I got a pedicure. Once going to the register to pay. I was charge $1 for using my card. Before they didn't charge extra. Fine with me, but they should have a sign staying a dollar extra for using card.
