I was planning to buy an iPhone and iPad. I left work early so I can have time to spend some time in the store and check them out. I got there and I asked the staff to let me use the restroom first and then to show me the products. I was instructed to go to use the restroom in the next door store. I’m not spending thousands of dollars in the next door store so why would I use their restroom. Needless to say that I went home and use my own restroom. It seems like Apple completely forgot how to treat their customers. We are just the idiots who spend their hard earned money on their products. At this price point I’m strongly considering buying a different brand. So Apple, good bye forever, maybe.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an Apple Store. I was upgrading my old iPhone 12 pro Max to the new iPhone 17 pro max. I bought the phone, transferred everything over and I was still in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone there was really helpful too. I will make the drive over here from now on. (Something else I want to add but it shouldn’t affect the review of my in store experience, I called ahead to see if they had a purple tech woven case for the 17PM and they said they were fully in stock but when I went there 30 minutes later it wasn’t in stock at all. Kind of annoying but my in store experience was still great.👍 )

Located in a busy area with limited parking.
I made an appointment for a battery change on Saturday at 5:45. I was checked in right away, but had to wait a bit before someone could help me. Then I was told the service department was backed up and my phone wouldn’t be ready until the next day, or I could come back another time since a battery was already reserved for me.
I came back the next day to drop off my phone and had to wait again before someone took it. It took a little over an hour to finish, and I waited a few more minutes for them to bring my phone back.
Overall, a lot of waiting at this location.

Made an appointment and I was seen close to that time on a super busy Saturday. Getting my ipod (yes,I am old school) fixed is a blessing for a reasonable price. Awesome staff and clean/safe location.

My husband and I had an appointment to pick up a phone here, and we still ended up waiting two and a half hours. Despite the store being empty at the time and several staff members being free, no one assisted us. After that, they misunderstood my husband, causing yet another delay. We didn't come here to just sit around; we have other important things to do, and we went out of our way to come here just for one phone. They kept putting us off with 'just 10 or 20 more minutes,' only to make us wait again. It was a truly awful and utterly time-wasting experience.
