She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchase. Shawn - store manager - was incredibly helpful today. Even with dozens of staff and a high volume store to manage, he blocked off his morning to solve a difficult problem I had with Verizon. His servant leadership is a rarity in today’s business climate. He went out of his way to help my situation when someone easily could have told me they couldn’t help my situation. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service he displayed. This is an extremely well run store with professional staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent service to those with difficult problems to solve. Highly recommend.

I purchased an Apple Watch and received top-tier customer service. The staff were kind and helpful, and I didn’t have to wait long for assistance. One of the staff even let me take a reference photo of the watch on his arm so I could send it to someone I was purchasing for haha. The purchase process was seamless and efficient.

JT, the squad lead, is the best Apple person I’ve ever met! He explained with precision the benefits of changing to my new phone and even gave me and my husband tips for future purchases. He was super friendly and was always aware of the full customer experience through the rest of the crew. Best Apple Store ever!

I had the best experience at this store with Carlos. He was very helpful and gave me a great experience. He took his time to understand what I needed and I ended up deciding to spend a little extra and got a new laptop. He is a great asset to the company. Super personable.

It’s funny I bought phone from att in galleria for fun me and my friend right after buying took phone to Apple Store there system says zero value because phone has defect lol I just bought from att downstairs not even 30 min ago
