If anyone is experiencing difficulties with their phones, please do not come to this Apple Store. I recommend driving to the Woodlands. We came in Dec 14 , 25 to get my mom’s phone fixed . It was locked ? First things first we were supposed to have an appointment at 11 that a technician “chewy “ Set up for my mother from the previous day. That was not done. We had to get in line again. I will say we only waited about 10 minutes. They sat us down. Another person came out to help us was NOT helpful whatsoever at all. I kept telling him what had been said to my mom the day before and he still told her that she had the incorrect paper from T-Mobile because he probably thought we were doing something sketchy and that’s why the phone was locked, but we were providing a T-Mobile bill She was still paying the phone . He said that that was not enough that we had to have a paper with the serial number of the phone so went back to T-Mobile and they told us that they where not able to print that out anymore.
But somehow, we ended up in the Woodlands thankfully. Everything that they were asking for at this Apple Store they didn’t ask in the Woodlands and they attended us pretty fast and got the problem solved in less than 10 minutes.
MUCH BETTER STAFF A THE WOODLANDS AND MORE ACKNOWLEDGEABLE ! Again please think twice before coming here .

My brother and I went to the store having to purchase a new I phone 17 for me and my brother wanted to explain about his I phone technical issue.
The gentleman was nice and started with my brother and had him for next day appointment. As, as for me, the gentleman asked me to wait as the couple who entered the store after me had the next available help and I will be helped after them. So anyway, I didn’t mind, but I waited for 5 minutes without any help and finally I decided to leave. What a disappointment…

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after experiencing poor customer service and noticing similar comments from other customers, it seems to be a recurring issue at this location.
I went in for a simple diagnostic because my phone kept restarting on its own and my apps were freezing. Since I was already at the mall, I decided to have it checked. I was told it could be either a hardware or software issue.
The representative who assisted me never introduced himself. He immediately started working on my phone and suddenly said he could factory reset it. I asked why that was necessary, and he responded that since I didn’t have coverage, there were no other options. This confused me because he had not explained what the actual issue was. When I asked what the diagnosis showed, he sighed and rolled his eyes.
He told me the diagnostic results came back fine. I then asked, “If nothing is wrong, why are we resetting my phone?” He seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I explained that I rely on my phone for everything and that a reset means I would have to manually set everything up again, which is extremely inconvenient. Instead of providing a clear explanation, he continued attempting to reset my phone without addressing my concerns.
I asked several times what the issue was, and all he said was that “nothing was wrong.” So naturally, I questioned why he still wanted to wipe the phone. After going back and forth, I reluctantly agreed. He got up abruptly, visibly irritated, grabbed his laptop, and when he returned, he ignored me entirely while talking to another customer.
I then asked about trade-in options. He tried to have me scan a QR code with my phone, even though my camera wasn’t working properly—which was part of the problem. When I pointed it out, he avoided giving a straight answer about the diagnostic results and became even more dismissive. I told him I knew how to factory reset a phone myself; I simply wanted to confirm whether the issue was software or hardware. Instead of answering, he started quizzing me on the reset process. I worked at a phone store just two months ago—I didn’t need a quiz. I needed a yes or no: Is it a software issue or a hardware issue? For some reason, he couldn’t answer that clearly.
Eventually, he asked someone named Ronald to take over because my questions were apparently “too difficult.” He walked away without saying a word. Ronald answered my question in about five seconds, performed the factory reset, and I left.
Overall, the situation was made unnecessarily complicated for no reason. A simple diagnostic turned into a frustrating experience due to poor communication and an unprofessional attitude.

If you don't speak English, don't come to this place. I will spend my money elsewhere.

We had an appointment at 3:00pm set online and we arrived at the store at 2:30pm. We were “checked in” and sat down and at around 3:10pm we asked how much longer we had to wait and the technician Michael said we had not been checked in yet, so we were never in the queue. The technician then said we were added but instead of helping us, he stood there with his little ipad waiting to get someone else on his queue. Karen end up helping us when we asked to speak with a Manager. She was polite and helpful.
We come here because it’s closer to us but it’s not worth it. Save time and drive elsewhere!

I had to come here twice this week because this is the closest store that has orange and blue 17 Pro Max. Busy store but with great customer service as always. Not sure about the bad review.

I get better customer support at any randomly pick oil change than this particular Apple Store. First of all, the customer service here is just awful. Second, the people who are supposedly to provide you technical support are obviously lacking understanding about their own products. They simply follow their SOP and don’t expect them to really help you troubleshoot your trouble with Apple products. You might as well using Google or Chat GPT to troubleshoot yourself.

9/11/25 and my son still has not received his headphones back. The store sent if off to repair and they refuse to send a follow up even after what customer support told them they need to do. Just send the follow up already do the right thing
