This place is an absolute nightmare. The owner should be ashamed of the appalling customer service here. This was, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. They constantly made excuses, blamed the insurance company for everything, and dragged out a simple repair for 10 weeks! They charged the insurance company over $10K for a repair that should have cost less than $2K. It’s because of places like this that insurance rates are out of control.
Their online tracking system? Completely worthless. To add insult to injury, they charged me $80 for 'cleaning' my car, and when I got it back, it was still filthy, covered in rain spots. But I was so disgusted with their service that I didn’t even want to argue or stay in their office for a minute longer.
The only reason I ended up here was because Archer Volkswagen recommended them, but that was a huge mistake.
As if the whole experience wasn’t bad enough, their credit card machine didn’t work. An employee had to drive somewhere else to process my payment. It took them 30 minutes just to get my car back, and I was the only customer in the office! Absolutely ridiculous.
Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY from this place. You’ll regret ever walking through their doors.

Attitude, lacks updating customers, insensitive. Once they have your vehicle they lose all statues of customer service.

I went over to this shop a few weeks ago and wanted to get an estimate and right off the bat the estimator was rude and borderline racist. I don't know his name but he is white/tall/heavy set. I will never come back to this shop!

Curt, Scott & Mark were all extremely thorough, knowledgeable, honest, patient and responsive to my questions throughout the process of getting a repair done through an insurance claim. Work done was excellent. Thank you guys!

I took my car back after hearing a noise underneath the undercarriage was dragging. The manager checked it told me what it was and asked if I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes they would fix it. I just look at it as great customer service.

I dropped my car off 1/10/2022 and it was ready around 2/8/2022. Throughout this process Me. Curt, Ms. Debbie and Mr. Mark were very helpful and pleasant and made me feel better at the fact that my car would be there for a bit. It is COVID times and insurance companies are slow to responding and getting parts but everytime i called for an update it was progression everytime. Mr.Curt even went back and forth with the janky insurance that hit me to be sure they paid for all work (had to get 3 checks sent out - this was main cause for the hold up) Mr.Curt even pre ordered the parts before all check supplements hit (doubt anybody now a days would do that). The work on the car was immaculate, they even washed my car and cleaned the inside. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it was frustrating calling days out of the week and getting Debbie to answer the phone but no one but Mr.Curt could update me on the car. I feel they should give Debbie updates at the end of everyday so when people call the following day/morning she can update the customer instead of the customer having to wait on Mr.Curt. With that being said otherwise I had a great experience and will be bringing my car here for any future services.
