Rude staff.. called ahead and told they could do the job based on model and details, manager told us to come 8am next morning. Arrived at 8am … staff ignorant and rude.. didn’t even look at car just said no as they walked away. Obviously we had gotten there before they had their coffee… would not recommend… bald gentleman EXTREMELY rude and ignorant especially to a female!!!

I came to Arivex on a recommendation and it turns out it was just as good as promised. I’ve had two alignments performed here and the quality of work is fantastic. Even better, the price cannot be beat. Sure you have to wait your turn but this is a million times better than shops that do multiple things. Arivex does one thing and they do it VERY WELL!!!

Great place! Very efficient. Needed new front struts and springs and stabilizer bars and they were able to order all that and install them and do a four wheel alignment in just two hours while I waited. The four wheel alignment did go up in price from several years ago to $70, but that's still cheap compared to what most places are now charging.

I’ve been conducting business with Arivex Alignment for a few years now and their service is superb. I originally found them through Google and analyzed various reviews. The pros outweighed the cons so my decision was made. Afterwards, I showed up as a walk in & they are extremely efficient with their time management. My visit was no longer than 45-50mins. If any issues are identified, they will show you and explain the resolution to perfect your alignment, their prices are fair. This shop is one of the few shops in Houston that has XL lifts that allow the techs to service larger vehicles that other shops cannot due to their size. They do have a temperature controlled waiting area with TV along with complementary water. I’d recommend Arivex Alignment to anyone as they work on a different range of vehicles!

Recommended ? I went for the alignment and everything was excellent, I will be going soon for other details that could be noticed in my vehicle and that they recommended me to fix to avoid problems in the future and I will soon be back there fixing those details ???
