The customer service is horrible. The older Hispanic lady at the check out counter is extremely rude. She looked annoyed to even checked out my items or that I was even in the store. Didn’t say hi, nothing. The white guy that works there had to tell her to come to the register to check me out. What makes it worse is a Hispanic lady (a customer) walked in the store as I was leaving out and the cashier spoke to her and said hi. It’s extremely rude and blatantly racist. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Individually own vs otherarmstrong McCalls , has decent amount products. My main issue is they do not share the same sales as most brands will advertise and as shown higher price then all other armstrong McCall stores.
The staff has always been nice and helpful, just not agreeing with the owner not making sense on the business if they're associate with Armstrong McCall

The diversity of brands is amazing! However the customer service is lacking. I went in today( I’m a student) and I was being interrogated as if I brought in a false student permits, they claimed my permit didn’t have the school information or my enrollment date. Yet, my enrollment date is on my permits and I showed proof of my school via TDLR student section. The approach was terrible and very poor. This location is not my ideal destination of customer service. I don’t have these problems when I went to two other professional stores to shop.

I went in there today with my husband who is a professional cosmetologist with his license and it was 15 minutes before closing time. They were so nice. They even stayed an extra five minutes with us to make sure that we had all the products that we needed they have an amazing selection of hair colors everything a professional could hope for, I highly recommend this establishment

I am a master from Europe, and I wanted to buy hair dye, , and a lot of things, but I was denied everything ... for lack of a document ... The worst customer service. No respect for the customer, no knowledge of the product, no ability to help, no professionals.

Worst costumer service, I am a student and I just finished my 1000 hours, they refused to sell me, claiming that I already need the license, I am in the process of acquiring it and they did not want to understand it.
