I called the store at least 15 mins prior to closing, asking if I could do a quick picks up within 7 mins. They informed me their system shuts down at 5. I confirmed I would be there before they closed and knew exactly what I wanted and could pay over the phone to avoid any system issues. The worker placed me on hold and then came back and said she was really busy. I arrived to the store to see no cars in the parking lot and the door locked by 4:52pm. As I walked away, I saw two workers looking at me by the register. Didn’t seem like a system issue, but an unwillingness to help. Nonetheless, I will no longer be a customer at this location. Professional courtesy could have avoided my rush an inconvenience had they told me they shut down early.
