rude customer service. An older gentleman calls me up today proceeds to ask me a question about my budget rental truck reservation. When I go to answer him, he talks over me and tells "let me finish" as if he was talking to his child then tell me my 12pm reservation isn't going to work because they will be closed for his lunch hr and to come earlier or later! So I asked him then why would the website let me book the res for 12 if you're going to be on lunch and closed he responded "I have no idea" I said well isn't that something you should figure out and he hangs up on me. So they lost my business.

This is the place to return Budget's moving trucks if you rented one. It's located next to the Geico collision place, and one will mistake the Geico collision place as the place to return the truck, since there are no visible vehicles in the storage place from road view.

Drove an hour to get there because our budget truck reservation fell through at the place before this. He said he would be there and ready for us to pick up the budget truck and instead decided to go on lunch break and make us wait for him to eat his sandwich in the back. Rude and unfriendly!

This storage facility is very secure and never flooded for the Tax day flood of 16' or Hurricane Harvey 17'. I have utilized this facility since OCT. 2012 with never having a complaint.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called several times and the man I spoke with talked OVER me several times and was very rude. Then, the DAY BEFORE my reservation he called and left a voicemail to say my reservation had been transferred to a location 30 minutes away from where I live. If you need to reserve a moving truck, I'd think again before using this location. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible experience. Rented a truck to move cross country a month in advance. Checked in with them 3 days in advance. The morning our movers were coming they called to say they didn't have a truck available.
