Art Supply on Almeda Road is a great shop and the best art store in Houston. The ladies who work there are always the most polite, pleasant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. They are always super eager to help and very willing to answer questions. The store has a wide and wonderful assortment of everything needed for painting and all kinds of art mediums. It is well stocked, easy to navigate, and has pretty affordable and reasonable prices. Customers love the $5 mystery grab bags, which are full of a lot of goodies and neat stuff. It is an awesome place for new students and artists in the community.

Super nice employees but rarely do they have back stock for essentials supplies. When they're out, you have to shop somewhere else. I'd love to give them more business, but it's hit or miss on finding what I need.
