Arthur's Auto Services came highly recommended to me, and I can absolutely see why! I went to Arthur's after the dealership told me I needed close to $9,000 of work done on my car. Everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Arthur walked me through each of the problems the dealership identified, explained what was/wasn't necessary and why, and even showed me how to check on some of the issues myself to monitor my vehicle in the future. Not being from Houston originally, I've had trouble in the past finding a reliable auto shop to take my vehicle when problems come up; now I finally feel like I've found an skilled, honest mechanic who I can trust, and I will be a very happy, lifelong customer of Arthur's Auto Services. I've been to Arthur's a few times with my car and my wife's car and I've been blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and value that they provide.They are always able to accommodate me quickly and get the work done quickly as well, all for very fair prices. I trust that they won't upsell me on anything that isn't needed, always very honest and dependable.

Place it's very neat and clean, Arthur was very busy but attentive, price was lower than the estimated which was pretty cool, overall very good!

A/C went out while driving from Dallas to Houston, they agreed to let me come in just before close of business to recharge Freon. Very courteous, however they charged $140 labor plus the $30 Freon for 30 minutes of work and told me I had some other problem with my A/C. I agree I should be charged but $140 labor for 30 minutes seems excessive- not sure it was because they knew I was in a jam having to drive back to Dallas in triple digits without A/C but I feel a little miffed and won't recommend them.
