#JoeFoodTour do not be surprised by the outside appearance. This food is authentic and super yummy. Also, they are true to their Thai spice so if you think you can handle heat, I’d recommend mild or because the spice level is incredible. #HowdyFromHouston #ThePropertyJoes #

Really good value, didn't love the pad thai though. Pad see ew is good. 5 spice is not that spicy.

Mini store mini restaurant. Be patient with wait times because the food is delicious. Spice levels are very good. We always get a few groceries to cook some of the stuff at home but they always do it better. Definitely recommend for anyone nearby.Vegetarian options: Tofu available for dishes

I had such high hopes for this place based on the positive reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with everything I ordered outside of the papaya salad and that was okay at best. The fried tilapia and chicken wings smelled like they were fried in old oil which is shocking considering we went at opening. They were also super overcooked. The fried chicken wings looked nothing like the photos on their ordering app. I had the impression I’d be getting flats and wingtips but they were all dried and bland drumsticks. The chicken laab lacked depth. The khao piak noodles were way too ginger heavy and chicken pieces looked suspect.Pretty much everything was bland and less than satisfactory. I will not be returning.

There are places that are a good bank for your buck, and then there are unicorns that are a very good ban for your buck and this restaurant falls in this category. The quality of Thai food is up to par with some of the fanciest Thai places in the city. The ambiance is endearing, but I mostly get this food to go and it travels well.

Such a local gem! This place is tucked inside an asian market and has such a unique atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive and I got my food in short order. I ordered the Panang curry with chicken medium spice and it definitely packed a punch. Will definitely be coming back there to try some of the other flavors.

Forever one of my favorite places to order from. Time and time again, my order is consistently fresh and piping hot. Service is kind and the ambiance is cool as you can enter the store and shop around. Always recommend the curries and the pad se ew. Lemongrass chicken is great too. Thankful for the approachable pricing- will always return.

Ordered on doordash. I think their oil is a little old. My fried dumplings and wings were very dark and tasted old. The pad see ew was pretty good and with medium it was a good spice but the basil fried rice with mild had an old basil taste with little flavor without the spice. I do want to come visit the market for ingredients but the kitchen seems a little old.

Enjoyed the food, had take out but I know they were busy on Friday night! The cold Thai Tea was delish--obviously it's different anywhere you go--it was a 6/10 Tea wise. The Pad Ew was great, as was the other dish! Panang was good too.
