Holy s**** My boyfriend and I came over here to go to the movies. Got here real early and Thought we'd pop in the mall to waste time....it was 7 pm and no one is here. It feels like we've walked into a parallel universe where a zombie apocalypse has happened. Dark. Empty. Christmas music playing. No stores open. Everything chained shut. We turned around and drove 30 minutes to another movie theatre. Didn't even trust to leave the car in the parking lot. NO LIGHTS IN THE PARKING LOT. Do not go here. Why is it open

The mall has different types of stores from a department store that sells clothing, toys, shoes and other house hold items, to a coffee shop with hip hop music playing to a store that rents out furniture for parties. The mall has items for people on a budget (Found some tights for about 7 or 5 dollars) and there is also a name brand store (Bath and Body Works). There may be other name brand stores. Oh, yeah, there is a Dillard's outlet store. Over all, the merchandise is alright looking (outdated some of it appears to be--clothing I am referring to) and the food in the food court is okay (referring to the dim sum) but, it feels safe in there but very chill during a cooler day(referring to weather and temperature). The over all experience I have to give a 3 because it was not a boring experience but not exciting. However, there are decent seating options in the mall from the food court to the spontaneous chairs throughout the mall I guess for when one's feet get tired.

if you go at the right time you might just get jumped. This place is very quiet and sketchy. My brother and I were looking for Journeys and ended up in the most sketchiest place ever. Don't waste your time, and just go to First Colony.

This place is becoming the next Sharpstown Mall. Nobody shops here anymore. It looks like a ghost town. A good setting for the next zombie or virus apocalypse movie. They still had xmas decorations up In Feb. Its eerie and awkward. It's so strange to because its not like the area isnt busy. Not sure whats going on but this place is on its way down unless the property management does something to get more tenants in and find a way to attract more people. Right now the only thing here that might be worth going to is the movie theater. Other than that stick with memorial city mall.

Radiohead actually recorded an album here - their best one. "Oaks Computer." But the mall has gone downhill since then. Literally, due to tectonic plate shifting and swamp-induced mudslides. It's 57 feet lower than it was then. Psych. The West Oaks Mall is a sad relic of the past. There was a time when this kind of mall was everywhere and it would have been thriving and alive, but these days it's just kind of gathering dust. Yes it's still a decent mall but it reminds me of one of the malls up in Detroit that I went to this past summer, because it is falling into disrepair a little bit and it does look very dated and old and some of the stores are going under and other ones are just sitting there gathering dust. We didn't find anything we wanted at the Victoria's Secret and we didn't really expect to. It's not a good mall for people watching and it's not really a good mall for finding lots of different options but if what you want is cheap discount stores there are quite a few of those in here picking up the pieces after all the high-end stuff has moved away, or will soon. And when rain falls on a bunch of oak trees... it Wets Oaks.

This place is pretty much abandoned. No free wifi, only China Max in food court. It's pretty dark, but lighting looks cool. Felt like I was entering shelter during zombie apocalypse lol. Past uniform zone and bath body works it smells like ghost farts, very old and dusty. At the far end of that same hall is an unknown store that's like a bootleg Dillard's that plays 90s techno from a Chinese YMCA. Chinese Lady didn't want to bargain with me and sell me car seats for cheaper. Can get them cheaper at Costco lol and I offered 15 for business and she said no. Don't waste your time here. Victoria secret and Claire's shops are small but maybe could find some unique items. Ghetto with a capital G. Don't stop here unless you are bored or want to take ref pics or want to walk indoor instead of outdoor heat. Theater is not worth either, shady af! Oh I should mention parking lot is huge and empty, perfect for learning how to drive and there is one side with motorcycle lessons.

Oh. No thank you! This mall is very close to my apartment and I was going to just go and browse but the building looks dark and antiquated. If you don't like a crowd it's great because it doesn't seem like very many people shop here. The Dillards sells items that are for sale so that's pretty good. Just all around a no from me, dawg.

This mall is super ghetto. I don't know how it's still open?! There are barely any stores and most of the food court is dark and empty. Most of the stores are rinky dink no names stores that sell club clothes. A run down Sears and make shift Dillards are a couple of the name brand stores they have. When I came to this mall I was appalled the customers were creepy looking and the were no stores. West Oaks Mall do us all a favor and close your doors your way past your prime. DO NOT COME HERE

It is an ok place to go shopping if you already know what you are going to buy. But it is not the place to stroll around since it's kind of outdated and runned down. Not much people come here anymore

Dead. Sad. Lonely. There is nothing to see in this place, the mall died and it is even insecure.

Worst mall in Houston. Don't even get me started on the Foot Locker easily the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and from the manager no less. Terrible terrible terrible!!!
