Took my car here back in 2017 after getting into a wreck. My car was in the shop for almost 3 months and they refused to give it back to me even though they had already been paid the check from my insurance. They left me with a balance of 21K to pay off my car, I had to fight hard it get it removed from my credit. I never got my car back after they STOLE it. The finance company eventually had to take the car back. It was surrounded by other cars behind a fence and they refused to give it back to me. They are scammers I was only 22 at the time and had just graduated from college a year before that and they took advantage of me being a young lady with no family in Houston to advise me about the best place to take my car. I would rate it 1 star if I could. They also have an F rating from the BBB.

this place steals insurance company money and does not replace parts paid for. they just scammed my insurance out of $11k in checks and only replaced 3 or 4 parts, which probably totaled about $1000 dollars not counting labor which was probably only a few hours. the owner al and his friend larry are defrauding the insurance companies together. they run the scam head to head. al gives the car to larry to fix, larry clears the checks from the insurance and then they both head to the bank together to share the fraud money. do not under any circumstance, even if this is the last left on earth for auto repair, take your vehicle here!!!! not only will they leave old parts on and lower their cost and expense as much as possible, but they will end up stealing your car together and putting on a fake mechanics lien. stay away from here at all cost!! larrys number is 832 883 8120 acting as astro collision and astroteam towing and al's number is 832 785 502o. al is renting the property and claims larry is renting from him. but in reality, larry is an employee running scam with al as his boss. do not ever use this business for anything what so ever!!! these two are a bunch of thieves and this is not just coming from me, its also testimony from several of their former employees!!! they are at 5526 gessner and using the fake addresses of 428 w. gulf and 5405 spindle dr. there are so many more fake addresses these 2 use, just be warned!!!

Please do not take your vehicle here under no circumstances!!!! Not even a bicycle! Even if you perhaps don't have the money for your deductible find another solution. You'd be better off. They ruin your vehicle by using old parts if they replace them at all and crappy paint job too. They also take months to even start the repairs. Please do your research on this company they have the worst reviews.

If you’re looking to get lied to & ripped off don’t come here. My insurance paid for the repair back in the beginning of 2020, they kept my car for an entire month because I needed to replace my front bumper out then the part around the headlight came disconnected so I took the car back & they kept it another 2 weeks, their idea of fixing it was drilling 2 screws into the bumper & calling it a day. Now I’m going to have to pay someone to do the job correctly & I didn’t have the money to pay the deductible so I got exactly what I paid for. The insurance paid $3k & I have a messed up vehicle. Tried to say my car has never been at the shop but why is my car in front of the business’s sign?? These guys are playing games, the car was brought in on December 2019 & released a month later, I can easily get a copy of the check from Geico & I haven’t sued yet due to the COVID pandemicServices: Painting

I let him have three cars that were not working he paid me 400 for two cars and owes me 2000 for a BMW he keeps saying he's going to pay me for it it's now been four months and all he has is excuse after excuse do not take your car to this their larry

This is the most unprofessional body shop in Houston. The removed my radio and never began work on my vehicle. The owner plays games. I had to go get my vehicle after 6 months of BS. I would pay you not to take your vehicle here.

This place was horrible....they returned my vehicle to me 4 months after I took it to them. I don't want to call it a collision shop because it is not. And they have a false promise of a Red Lobster dinner for 2 on their website and I never received that. When they finally returned my vehicle to me...it was in worst shape then when I gave it to them after my car accident .Please do not take your vehicle to these people they are not a good company to do business with...and they are not truthful at all nor are they professional. The address on the website is not their actual address and I am not at all sure of the number of employees, because there was only one guy I dealt with and it was the worst experience of my life.

Awful place. Had my car for almost a year! Came back in worse condition than it started. If you're thinking of using this place, please don't. I have pics and tons of messages to prove how this company really runs business. Nothing but a bunch of lying and stealing crooks.
