Shane and his team did a great job from start to finish. From initial quote to delivery and install of new carpet, they were extremely professional and provided great communication throughout the process.

We walked in the store ready to shop around but Evan made us so comfortable we decided it was pointless to keep looking. Even's crew, led by Cesar showed up and prepped everything including moving furniture and a few days later our flooring was in. Cesar and his crew laid the tile out beautifully and Evan stopped by the house several times to check on the work. I highly recommend using At Home Expert. By far the smoothest home project we've done yet.

Shane and the crew were absolutely amazing !
My house flooded because of plumbing -from helping with the water mitigation, working with my insurance company, and holding all my expectations first this company did an AMAZING job to bring me back to whole . We went from water up to 3/4ft in the drywall to a beautifully remolded home.
I would recommend them over and over again, and definitely would use them again as well for any project in my home .

We stopped at the store front because of the tornado that happen on 5/16 we asked the employees if we could go inside because it was getting bad and our 11 year old daughter was with us husband and me and they said no.... Nice to know in a disaster ur employees won't mine letting ppl die in front of the store they took video of how bad it was and then just left to the back no remorse.... Plz shop with a company that cares about ppl not one that lets your hole family outside while there's a tornado outside

If you want it done right these are your guys—we cannot recommend Shane and the team at At Home Expert enough!We bought an older home that the floors were improperly renovated in (LVP over rotting wood)—the guys demoed the two layers of old rotting floor and put down the most beautiful faux wood tile with impeccably clean grout lines and all new baseboard within two weeks (pretty quick for all that had to be done).A sincere thank you for turning our nightmare into a dream and getting the job done right ♥️ we’ll be back for future projects once we’ve emotionally recovered from this one ?.

11.14.23This review is way over due. We purchased a home (in the country) that needed to have 2 bathrooms remodeled and the kitchen too. Also the laundry room needed new flooring. We hired At Home Expert (AHE) to do the remodeling to both bathrooms. Also to do the tile and backsplash in the kitchen. (Laundry room too). We did not have AHE do the cabinets but, I wish I would have hired them for that as well. At the time I did not know AHE did cabinets as well. They do it ALL! I went to the AHE showroom and met with Evan Rousan. We have used Evan R. before on a different home and he did an EXCELLENT job on it , so why use someone else. Plus, he is just a really nice man! Evan helped me design my 2 bathrooms and pick out great back splash and flooring for the house. I had a budget set in my mind and he helped me stay on it. Evan also gave me some advice on what would look good & what would not. I really appreciate that! He was not just trying to make a sale. The tile selection at the showroom was fantastic, just what I was wanting. While Evan's crew was doing all the work at our house, we decided to have them paint almost all of the inside of the house and paint the fireplace. (I love how the fireplace and mantel came out!) When we have other projects we will definitely check with AHE first.

We had a freeze damage on our first floor and after the restoration, Evan and his team did a wonderful job rebuilding it.They were professional, executed flawlessly, and on schedule! My experience with At Home Expert was amazing from start to finish, from the estimates to the designing to the finished project. Evan and Soloman made me feel very comfortable with everything that needed to be done in my home. They were there to answer all my questions when needed. Not only them but all tradesmen that worked in my home were very professional and courteous. My bathroom is more functional now and I am so thankful for all of their help.

Even though they advertise“We have a no hassle 100% complimentary in-home consultation”It’s anything but no hassle. Sales guy tried to use strong arm tactics. When I asked him if this was a free estimate even if I was not willing to commit to signing a contract at the end, he said NO.Absolutely terrible way to do business!Funny responding to a 3-year old negative review. No error on my part--just yours. Check your records and you will find the information. You are right. I didn't do business with your company because your sales rep was sleazy!
