Pretty useless. Switched over to ATT and specifically declined multiple add ons to our lines. I get the bill for almost $279. Multiple add ons are still on there and there and discounts aren’t even applied right. We have 2 lines for the unlimited. That would make them $75 each. But because nobody here knows what they’re doing, for some reason our lines are together but are being billed separately which is causing each unlimited line to be $85. Now I have to waste time going to a better location to fix all this.

I usually dont mind a franchise store, but WOW. There is no way these reviews are legit. Walked into store (open sign was off), all employees had no customers and were sitting down, no one even attempted to get up to greet me, needed a Sim card and they wanted to charge me for it, just agreed for sake of time, then would not sell it to me because I wanted it to use later in the day when I got back to my insurance replacement, informed me they couldn't not sell me the Sim without my number (untrue), they then blamed the manager for this policy (At&t has no such policy and this is not up to the franchise to make up or put in place), to top ot off I turn back to see them laughing with a smile from ear to ear. Sad this is a real interaction. Upper management should be informed, but with these behaviors I'm not sure that would fix the issue.

Had a terrible experience at the 1960 location so I went to the Beltway and West location.Valencia was the absolute best. Knowledgeable, nice, and a good listener. Had our best interest at heart. 10/10 coming back to this location only.

The manager tried so hard to get my data transferred to my new phone but the internet was down. She walked me through doing it myself at home

I’ve been dealing with no service for 2 months I came to this store and Valencia helped me get my phone working in 2 minutes. I would recommend this store to anyone

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I went yesterday and David helped me. There was an issue with my phone so I came back today. I had to go to previous phone carrier to get a pin transfer to reset my phone . After I provided the pin my phone was still not working. So, Valencia and David took time to help see what was the issue . Idk how but they figured it out!! I’ve been to other providers and they lazy and normally send you back home but not here. They solved my issues and were so friendly ! Thank you guys for everything! I’m truly happy with the service provided.?

Shout out to Logan for all of his help! He was very thorough and patient. Logan provided the best options for me and set up the phones as well.
