Gabriela at the AT&T store at 3205 Hillcroft was absolutely amazing. She helped me get a couple iPads and upgrade to a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She was patient, super knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so there were no surprises. She handled every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. If you’re going to this location, ask for Gabriela, she’s the real deal.
