The employee not knowing their job and lying led me to have to pay a higher amountofmoney. Having to wait for over an hour while another employee talked to a phone the entire time instead of assisting the customer. The employee also he was rude the entire time while talking to us. very rude and unprofessional.

Great service, as soon as I stepped in the store every team member was very friendly and helpful. Gabriela handled my account with full understanding of my business needs, I walked out of the store wanting to let everyone I know about it and refer all friends and family.

One of there employees gives false information to make a sale this have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with AT&T . I would never go back to this store and hope to God what happened to me don't happen to anyone else.
