Horrible service: This representative was a full blown bigot. She treated me with so much disrespect. No eye contact. Made weird remarks. She asked me for my ID 5 times. She charged my card twice and didn’t apologize. She was helping other people while she was assisting me. Even though she was a bigot I stayed calm. Thanked her and tested my telephone and it didn’t work. The manager and her work together on black people who don’t act a certain way. I’m going to treat her people like she treated me

The waiting time is somewhat long... but there are no problems with that... I understand that there are more people and each one with different problems... Thank Mr. Didier for his patience, And professionalism when it comes to knowing how to handle the situation to my questions, I hope that Mr. Didier is an example to follow for the work group that accompanies him this afternoon, 5 stars They would not be enough for this excellent customer service agent.. I had a wonderful experience with Joseph at this AT&T location. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. He listened to my needs and preferences, and suggested the best options for me. He also explained the features and benefits of each product, and answered all my questions patiently. He was not pushy or aggressive, but rather respectful and courteous. He made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.He also offered me a great deal on the products I wanted, and helped me with the payment and delivery process. He was very efficient and professional, and made sure everything was done correctly and smoothly. He followed up with me after the purchase, and thanked me for choosing their Store. He also asked me if I was satisfied with the products, and if I had any feedback or concerns. He assured me that he was always available to assist me with any issues or questions.I was very impressed by his exceptional service, and I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer care. He is a great asset to the AT&T Store, and I hope he gets the recognition and reward he deserves. He is the best sales representative I have ever encountered, and I will definitely shop at this AT&T Store again because of him.

Very disappointed in the employee Rafa. Came in to get 3 new lines and he was very helpful and did a good job communicating but he lied about the prices I was paying and did not include the incentives. I was supposed to pay $17.15 per line since I switched companies and also a $200 gift card. I just was at another AT&T and my 1st bill came out to $380 when he said I would be paying $180 for all 3 lines and phones. He charged me $65 per line and did not include the incentive from switching, he did not merge my wife service causing me to pay more. I had to fight with AT&T to honor the prices all because he messed up. They customer service isn’t bad but be careful because they will over charge you so they can get a better commission.
