Walked in and was ignored for about 15 minutes. Didn’t realize this is an “authorized retailer” and not a corporate owned location, so the employees had no idea how to upgrade my iPhone or help me reduce my monthly plan. The AT&T was telling me a cheaper price than what they were offering in store, and the worker said he can’t explain why the app has a better deal.
Go to a corporate-owned location. They actually know what they’re doing.

If you are planning of getting their internet stop and think about your life choices. The most inconsistent slow internet I've ever used. I'm the world of AI they still operate like dial up. Avoid at all costs. Which btw is overpriced compared to literally everyone else.

I recently came here because my phone died and I was lost. No one else in the area would help me out beside the lovely woman that was on shift that day around 10:00am Nov 17. I actually am an AT&T customer for years now, so I wanted to make sure I left a positive review for her. A little compassion goes a long ways, not everyone is a scammer.

I was sadly very disappointed with the treatment my boyfriend and I received today. It was shocking to walk in with four phones to return, only to have the manager tell us to go back to the store we originally ordered from. That information was completely incorrect, as the store where we purchased the new devices clearly told us that we could return our old phones at any AT&T location.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of assistance from the moment we walked in. We had to repeat ourselves several times just to get someone to acknowledge our questions, and we felt ignored and dismissed throughout the entire experience. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude, it felt like she just wanted us to leave, even though she was helping other customers and treating our concerns as an inconvenience, almost as if we were bothering her.
After we stepped outside to confirm once again that returning the devices there was allowed, we went back in only to be told that we should go to a UPS store instead, simply because she didn’t want to handle the shipment herself. It came across as unprofessional, lazy, and completely unacceptable.
This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received at a cell phone store. AT&T is supposed to uphold a high standard of customer service, yet this experience was the exact opposite. To top it off, when we walked out, not a single person even said goodbye. This visit left us extremely disappointed and questioning the quality of service at this location.

Paola helped me trade in my iPhone 15 for a 17pro max when every other store in Houston was sold out!!! She even helped me get new WiFi y’all the energy over here at midtown location is so good come see them!!

I went in store on September 20, 2025 to order the new phone. Young, female associate Eliany H.
was helping me and said “i can pay off my balance of xxx.xx and get the new phone” and i told her okay, i also want to turn in my iphone 14 pro for trade-in credit so i agreed to that on the spot, and was charged accordingly.
Days later, I am checking the order status of new phone and it says: “Installment with AT&T Next Up Anytime” and i did NOT agree to that.
Why would i “use the next up anytime” if am i paying off my phone balance and turning in my phone for trade in credit? It just doesn’t make sense.
After speaking to chat, the Next Up Anytime was added without my consent and I will now have to wait 30 days to remove that non-consented feature. And don’t forget, next up charges on every bill so until I cancel it, it will be a charge on my bill.
Two women were helping, basically the “manager” is what it looked like and then the younger woman Eliany that was getting “help” from the manager.
I will never know if this “add-on” was an accident or done on purpose.
Basically, don’t go here, just do it online. Smh.

Paola rocks!! I have had service with AT&T for decades and carry several lines for my children. I wanted to cut my monthly bill costs down and wanted an in person experience since the online rep is usually busy trying to sell me something I don’t need. Paola was the agent who helped me and she was so outstanding!!
She was very professional, attentive, and patient with helping me with my issues even though it was close to the end of stores hours. I am appreciative of her perspicacity in reviewing my bill and volunteering to help adjust my plan to take full advantage of potential discounts including the FirstNet for first responders. She also pointed out that I was still paying for a plan on broken iPads that I stopped using years ago. My monthly bill will now be much more affordable and impactful thanks to Paola's attention to detail-a true master class in customer care!
