I had a great experience at your AT&T store. The sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable—she set up my new iPhone, explained its features, and recommended the perfect accessories. I love the wireless charging pad and the Crystal Palace Snap with Kickstand case she suggested; both are very convenient.

Antony started well and gave me a quote which I agreed to and switched. I got it on paper so they cannot say I misunderstood.
- he was told I don't like using my bank account to auto pay.He said I could use my cc. I had to call att and for the 30 dollar discount i used the bank account
- he told me that i would get a 200 dollar credit across the 36 months. ATT refuses to honor it and the manager is being a jerk. When I send pictures of the document, he says he cannot read it. when I offered to bring it, he keep playing games twisting my words about how I could win a suit, he stopped talking to me
I called ATT and they said their escalation team had gone home and to call back tomorrow.
I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Ivan started off nice! However, the problems started when he kept changing the prices that he initially quoted me for 3 new phone lines. I called and returned to the store several times, and Ivan’s attitude was horrible in person and on the phone! I had to complain and get assistance from the store manager, Jared. Jared has been extremely helpful! He worked to resolve my service and billing issues. During my most recent visit, there was also lady working there name Yasmeen. She was very kind and helpful even though she’s still in training!
