Inexperienced. Not helpful. Doesn’t have a GM. Sales associates barely know how to do their job. Alejandro didn’t know what he was talking about and was very rude.

I returned an unopened phone that I bought from AT&T that week and it was a disaster. Even though I made an appointment with the manager (the first two times he was unavailable), I waited about 20 minutes him to start helping me. While he was working on the return, he was trying to also help another customer that came in after me. I was there for over an hour. Now I’m receiving emails about charges that I did not authorize. Very frustrating experience and I hope I never have to go back here.

Jimmy handled my concerns and situation with knowledge and care! Not being very tech savory he was able to alleviate my concerns and get me in and out quickly!!! I’d visit this store again for anything I may need! Thank you Jimmy for a job well done!!!

I had a very bad experience today. The big guy, with light skin named Jymmy May be the manager, Who worked on 10/12/2023 at this address around 10:00 am - 1:00PMHe was very impolite / Unprofessional / he clearly showed me that he didn’t want to help even when I asked questions, he didn’t care at all. BRO we all have problems but try not to bring your BAD ENERGY / attitude at work. AT&T DON’T HIRE PEOPLE IF THEY DON’T WANT TO DO CORRECTLY THEIR JOB. WE ALSO PAY EVERY MONTH BILL for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH CUSTOMERS WHEN WE MEET YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I went to this ATT shop located in Office 9527B as it was written in the Door. At the time I arrived on Wednesday like 4:00PM there was one Guy attending a couple, so I had to wait like 45 minute, anyway after that The attending Guy named Alejandro asked me "What di I need. I explained him I needed technical support about my I-phone and I asked him for help. In a rude way he told me he could not help me, because apparently he said my question was not in the line of business he can managed. Then I asked him to asked another person in the shop to see if that person could help me. He reject the idea to ask to anyone and he told me again he could not help me in a rude way again. I insist to trying getting help, and Alejandro "practically" told me that He had to attend another Customer. This kind of behavior is not acceptable for any ATT Customer, specifically for me that I have 6+ years as ATT Customer. This kind of Service Attending shall not be in any ATT Store. I hope you do something to correct this situation. This Guy is causing your Customer go away to another ATT Shop.Regards

A clerk helped me to separate two phone numbers out to one was esim and the other just kept in original SIM card within 5 minutes. He had good skill to solve this issue with perlite attitude.

Jimmy the Manager of this store is wonderful and helped me solve a terrible issue caused by another ATT store. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly to get my phone working!!

I was experiencing network issues with my sim card. The phone was not registering to the network and I was not getting any calls or text. I walked in the store and attempted to tell Luz that I was told by phone support I needed a new sim card because the E-sim card was not working. She went to the back and worked on my phone a while. When she came back, I attempted to ask her if she put a new sim card inside the phone as requested. Luz " I am trying to get the E-sim card to work ". I was trying to explain to her that's not what I wanted. I requested a regular sim card. She advised that I needed to just be patient and let her work on it." I felt that her delivery was rude, she did not allow me to explain my concerns nor my request. In the end, to fix the phone my initial request is what corrected the issues. Afterwards I called back to the store, Jimmy answered the phone. I asked him for the name of the store manager he proceeds to give me the address. I asked again same answer. This is not my first encounter; however this location seem to jump to conclusions on customer needs because they deal with the same issues all day. What is the same daily issues to the store reps is a new experience to the customer.

We had an issue with our online order so we went in store for help and Samuel and Jimmy were the perfect team! They handled all communications with customer service and got it worked out. Was a great experience!

I walked in the door to get an upgraded iPhone. From the moment I arrived, three store staff assisted me on each step of the journey. I left with a new iPhone and accessories. I’m bringing my old iPhone back for trade-in shortly, within the next hour. Great job everybody!

Jimmy Martinez is very professional and knowledgeable! Plus, he's super cool! I went into the store with my phone issue this evening, and he rapidly assisted me in restoring my phone! He made my experience smooth sailing! I definitely recommend! I vote Jimmy for Corporate office! The guy is AMAZING!

Jimmy Martinez is absolutely amazing! He helped my boyfriend with his tablet issues on his business tablet which he had been having issues for a long time now! He kept having a TV app pop-up no other AT&T store have been able to solve for over a year. There had also been issues with streaming, which is all he really does on his tablet. Jimmy was able to assess the problem in a matter of minutes and resolve the issue that has annoyed my boyfriend for so long. He was kind, courteous, and educated him about what needed to be done if he had that issue in the future.
