Fast response time. But be prepared the male associate will not hand your back your items back in your hand.He will sit them on the counter for you to pick up. Which is very disrespectful. Either than that my experience was okay.

I really appreciate the service josseline provided for me … I was having issues with my phone and she helped me do an insurance claim. Got my new device today and it is working perfectly now. ?? Thank you so much. They provide good customer service at this location.

If it's possible not to give 0 stars, I think this store is very worthwhile. No one solved the problem, that's why I replaced everything related to AT&T with other brands.

Came in to pay my phone bill and the associate named Alex told me about getting internet fiber for $35 because I had phone service already. Can’t beat that price anywhere.

Horrible customer service and don't believe them when they tell you your bill will be one price because it will be double that. I regret ever leaving my other carrier to switch to them.

My wife and I went to this store to transfer internet service under our name for a business we took over. A young man named Alex helped us. But he really didn't help us. It's been a nightmare. Instead of transferring the name over, he created a whole new account. Now, we have two AT&T bills for two different internet accounts for one business. Now we're having a hard time trying to explain why we have two internet and two bills, trying to disconnect the service we don't need or use. Now we owe $800 for this service. We transferred our phone service to AT&T that day. He asked if we wanted insurance on our phones. We said "no thanks." Tell me why did he put insurance on one of our phones? It's been hell. Thank you Alex for the nightmare

Because my store was transferred, so we contacted att to help us transfer the store's network to the new owner. However, they installed another network in the form of a residence in the same store at my same address, which cost me a lot of time. and energy to deal with and close the original network account. It is unprofessional to manage the chaos and avoid this place.

Tyler here at the AT&T store on Bellaire and Hwy 6 is a true Blessing to his customers. He is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful when you come in. If you have any questions about your phone he’s the person to talk to. He is a great access to AT&T. I was soooo happy to have him as my customer service representative today. He needs a raise. Thanks.

Superb customer service. I forget the mans name but him and Josseline were amazing!! Very patient and knew what they were doing!! They have a new assistant manager from Iowa who was the complete opposite. Not attentive to customers. Left the store. She needs to be fired.

The young lady that helped my wife and I was Joyceline I think. She worked very hard to get our phone service switched to AT&T. The other phone company we were with was making it very difficult but she never gave up. She probably worked about 3 hours and got one phone working and I took my phone home and brought it back the next day and finished it up. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Both employees deserve a raise for their diligence.

I went today , all I can say my husband and I had a great experience all 3 sales associates went above and beyond to give us a great phone service and approve us for iPhone 14 pro max for my husband since his old iPhone didn’t work no deposit no hidden fees only paid the tax fee on the phone. Richard , Josselyn and Alex were great !!!! Thank you guys we will be coming back after 3 months to get an upgrade !!!!

Absolutely wonderful service from Jenny, Mercha (totally misspelling it), Josseline, and everyone! They worked hard to get Sprint to port the number over and helped me set up the new phone in the store.
