NOBODY in here knows what they are doing!! They wasted an hour of my time because nobody knew how to do a simple phone trade in??? When the phone said it is ready for pick up??? Are they not training these people? They said I have to come back tmrw for the only person who knows how to do it . Unbelievable and so inconsiderate of my time.

I’ve had a rough time switching over from my previous internet and wireless service providers to AT&T. The door to door representatives need more training and knowledge on what they are offering. Long story short they screwed me so bad that customer service and my local AT&T story couldn’t figure out how things were done, until I stopped by this store. CHRIS and his team were very professional, patient, and understanding. I came in very frustrated due to every AT&T rep throwing the ball at one another. Chris fixed everything that was wrong the account and even if what I was promised was not settled, he made sure I left the store satisfied and with clear understanding how everything had been set up and made some changes to get close to what I was promised. Thanks Chris and your team for all the help!

I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience here. In my personal experience, Ray was disrespectful and dismissive. What upset me most was that he behaved in a way toward my brother, who has Down syndrome, that I found hurtful and completely unacceptable.
I would strongly encourage others to be aware of this before choosing to work with him.

The manager is rude ! And not helpful to her employees. (We were greeted by a new hired employee who made several mistakes during our upgrades. But got them fixed before we left ) I heard how rude she was to him when he asked for help . We spent 2 hours there . The guy helping us was nice and apologetic about his mistakes . I am an understanding person . But the Manager RUDE RUDE RUDE ! !! Do not recommend .

After switching to AT&T yesterday, we left with a new phone that wasn’t working, leaving us without a phone all night and into the morning. When we came in today, we were frustrated, but Crystal quickly stepped in and fixed our phone within the hour. Her outstanding customer service turned our whole experience around and put a smile on our faces! Thank you Crystal! 😃
