Made us drive there for no reason, lady was rude didn’t want to pull the phone from the safe. She first lied said she didn’t have one then when i called her out she changes the story to its only for new lines.

Hey everyone i was in one of the worst situations that was self conflicted with my phone.
Felt totally isolated and stranded.You know that feeling like my whole life is in my phone which is sad to say until I came across Mara and Anthony.
They were letting me use their phone. They figured out how to unlock my phone when Samsung had no clue. And was trying to send me to a whole other company that I would have had to pay for. Listen going above and beyond is what we should be doing for each other.
Unfortunately, these kind of people are running scarce in the world. But when you come across them, recognize them and give them all the praise that they deserve.

I was misled by Jose, and when I attempted to resolve the issue, the store manager, Ruben, was completely unhelpful and unnecessarily defensive. He refused to listen to my concerns and was unable to perform a basic service.
To make matters worse, I was given a fourth line that I neither requested nor was informed about. I was told it was “free,” but in reality, it came with an activation fee and a recurring monthly charge—hardly what most would consider free.
Ruben claimed the only way to cancel this extra line was to pay off the phone on an entirely different line. This turned out to be completely false; I resolved the issue myself in just 10 minutes over the phone with AT&T customer service.
The lack of transparency and misinformation from both Jose and Ruben is deeply disappointing. As a business owner myself, I believe honesty and clear communication with customers should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I sincerely hope someone in a higher position takes note of this and addresses the training and conduct of the staff members.

Lied to by Jose and Mr big boss store manager Ruben was absolutely no help and just defensive for no reason. Would not hear me out and was unable to do a simple service. On top of being lied to by Jose I was given a free line which I was not even told about or asked for which by the way is not free when you have to pay an activation fee on it.
