I have been in this store several times, the absolute worst customer service. Absolutely no one in that store wants to work. I typically don’t do bad reviews because truly I believe everyone has a bad day. In this situation I have never been in this location where someone wants to work. AT&T is hard enough to deal with, you would think going to a store would at least have some customer service and want to help. Well not at this location! If you want help I recommend go to any other location than this one. How they have a 4.5 star rating baffles me!

If I could put a negative star I would. This was my family’s experience. We got in and and the guy was so lazy my boyfriend really needed a new phone and he needed one in stock he said they didn’t have a lot in stock which was fine he was totally ok with the purple one he asked us 10 times if it was ok and it was he just didn’t want to sell us a phone. iPhones have a good shelf life of 2 years but they make you pay it off in 3 so you pay more money in order to pay it off we would have needed to pay up to 300 dollars well my moms phone said she was ready for an upgrade a while ago so she said he could use hers but he said it was only ready for an early upgrade so we would still need to pay it off. He was not interested in selling us anything he let us walk out the door with not even a have a good day. The service was slow, sloppy, and dude sounded like he was hung over and said uhhhhhhhh like 20 times so he didn’t even know what he was doing with out his iPad.

I had an amazing experience with Jesse!!!! He was so kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of my options thoroughly and made for a very smooth transfer with purchasing a new phone. Jesse answered all of my questions and took so much time to ensure I made the right decision! He is extremely skilled, friendly, and polite! I cannot say enough great things!!! Thank you Jesse!!!
