Visited the AT&T store this morning full of anxiety over possible virus or malware. Carlos quickly and diligently assuaged all of my concerns, and got me back up in 10 minutes. He also gave me great advice so this does not happen again. Carlos was awesome and I give him an A+. Thank you!
