My experience with AT&T's customer service was outstanding. As I walked in I was approached by Jonathan he made me feel welcomed. He made sure I understood my options by paying close attention, being knowledgeable, and taking the time to fully address all of my questions. Because of this expertise and helpfulness, I am really considering switching to AT&T. I had a pleasant, trouble-free meeting that gave me a favorable image of the business.
